PEEK Deep-Groove Ball Bearings is a high-performance engineering plastic bearing manufactured from premium Polyetheretherketone (PEEK). The bearing consists of PEEK inner ring, outer ring, and cage, combined with high-performance ceramic or glass rolling balls. It provides stable rotation performance in environments where metal bearings are prone to corrosion, electrical conduction, or magnetic interference.

Material Description – PEEK Engineering Polymer

PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) is a high-performance semi-crystalline thermoplastic widely used in aerospace, chemical engineering, and precision machinery due to its excellent mechanical and thermal stability.

Compared with standard engineering plastics such as PP and POM, PEEK offers significantly higher mechanical strength and rigidity, temperature resistance, chemical stability, radiation resistance, and dimensional stability under load.

High Temperature Resistance (Up to ~250°C Class)

PEEK bearings are suitable for long-term service in elevated temperature environments up to approximately 250°C class (depending on load and system design conditions). They maintain structural integrity in thermal processing equipment, high-temperature automation systems, and heat exposure testing devices.

Note: Long-term operation beyond recommended thermal limits may accelerate material aging.

Excellent Chemical Resistance

PEEK exhibits strong resistance to most acids, alkalis, hydrocarbons, oils, and industrial cleaning agents. It is suitable for chemical processing systems, fluid transfer pipelines, and laboratory chemical equipment.

However, it is not resistant to strong oxidizing acids such as concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid.
