Materials We Machine
We work with a broad selection of metals and engineering plastics to match specific application requirements for strength, weight, conductivity, and corrosion resistance.
Aluminum Alloys
6061 · 6063 · 6082 · 7075
Lightweight, easy to machine, suitable for anodizing. Widely used in automation, robotics, electronic housings, heat sinks and lightweight structural parts.
Stainless Steel
304 · 316L · 17-4PH
Good strength and corrosion resistance. Commonly used for fluid control parts, marine equipment, medical equipment, food machinery and precision structural components.
Brass & Copper
Brass · Copper
Suitable for electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity or corrosion resistance. Typical parts include terminals, conductive blocks, heat transfer components, valve parts and fluid connectors.
Titanium
Titanium
High strength, low weight and excellent corrosion resistance. Often used in medical, aerospace, optical and high-performance industrial applications.
Engineering Plastics
PEEK · PTFE · POM
For insulation, low friction, chemical resistance or reduced weight. Common uses include electronic insulation parts, wear-resistant components, guide blocks and precision plastic fixtures.
Surface Finishing Options
Surface treatment can be selected based on corrosion resistance, wear resistance, appearance or assembly requirements.
For aluminum parts, anodizing is often used to improve surface protection and appearance. For steel and brass parts, plating can improve corrosion resistance and service life. For medical, optical or fluid-related parts, polishing or electropolishing may be used to improve cleanliness and surface smoothness.

FAQ
What file formats do you accept for CNC machining quotes?
We accept 2D drawings and 3D models, including PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP and IGES files. STEP files are preferred for 3D machining review.
Can you make parts based on samples instead of drawings?
Yes. If drawings are not available, you can send samples for review. We can help measure the part and discuss whether reverse engineering is suitable for the project.
What materials can you machine?
We commonly machine aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper, titanium, PEEK, PTFE, POM and other engineering plastics.
Do you provide surface finishing?
Yes. We can provide anodizing, hard anodizing, polishing, brushing, sandblasting, plating, black oxide, powder coating and other finishing options depending on the material and application.
Can you help with DFM review?
Yes. We can review your drawings and provide manufacturability suggestions before production. This may help reduce machining difficulty, improve part reliability and lower production cost.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We support prototype samples, small-batch orders and larger production runs. The suitable quantity depends on the part structure, material, process and project requirements.
Can you provide inspection reports?
Yes. Dimensional inspection reports, material certificates and surface treatment reports can be provided when required.
How do you protect parts during shipping?
Parts are packed with protective wrapping, foam inserts, moisture-proof bags and export cartons. Heavy or fragile components can be packed in wooden cases.
Do you support long-term supply?
Yes. For repeated or long-term projects, we can keep production records, inspection standards and packaging requirements to support stable repeat orders.
How can I get started?
Send us your drawings, material requirements, quantity and surface finish needs. Our team will review your project and provide a quotation.
