304/201 Stainless Steel American-Type Worm-Drive Hose Clamps
DISLAB Precision supplies 304 and 201 stainless steel hose clamps for secure pipe, hose, duct and tubing connections in plumbing, automotive, marine, agricultural and general industrial applications.
These American style worm drive hose clamps use an adjustable perforated band, reinforced lock housing and slotted screw mechanism to create a firm, reusable clamping force around rubber hoses, plastic tubes and metal pipe connections.
Choose 304 stainless steel hose clamps when corrosion resistance is important, especially for wet, outdoor or marine environments. Choose 201 stainless steel hose clamps for cost-sensitive indoor applications where moderate corrosion resistance is acceptable.
Standard and custom sizes are available from small 6mm clamps to large-diameter hose clamps up to 600mm. Bulk packaging, mixed-size sets, OEM sizes and private-label supply can be arranged for distributors and industrial buyers.

How to Choose the Right Size
1. Measure the outside diameter of the hose after it is installed on the pipe or fitting. Do not choose only by the free hose diameter, because the final clamping diameter changes after assembly.
2. Select a clamp range that covers the working diameter. The best size keeps the final tightening position near the middle of the adjustment range, not at the minimum or maximum limit.
3. Choose the material based on the environment. Use 304 stainless steel hose clamps for humid, outdoor, marine or corrosive environments. Use 201 stainless steel hose clamps for indoor plumbing, household appliances and cost-sensitive general use.
4. Confirm band width and package quantity. Wider bands provide more contact area for larger hoses, while mixed-size kits or bulk packs are better for distributors, repair shops and assembly lines.
Need help choosing? Send the hose outside diameter, application environment and quantity, and DISLAB Precision can recommend a suitable stainless steel hose clamp size.
